Terms of Service
Creatixor is being built as a digital marketplace for creator-made resources. Users should use the platform responsibly, avoid unlawful activity and respect the rights of other creators, sellers and buyers.
Privacy Policy
Marketplace accounts, orders and support requests may involve personal information. Final privacy details should explain what information is collected, why it is used and how users can request changes or removal where applicable.
Refunds and digital downloads
Digital products may be delivered instantly after purchase. Refund rules should clearly explain when refunds are possible, how download problems are handled and what happens when a file is defective or unavailable.
Vendor rules
Creators should only upload products they have the right to sell. Product listings should be accurate, files should work as described and licensing information should be clear for buyers.
Copyright and intellectual property
Creatixor should not be used to upload stolen, copied or unauthorized content. A clear copyright complaint and takedown process should be prepared before broad marketplace launch.
Payments and payouts
Payment provider fees, marketplace commissions, seller payouts, taxes and account verification rules should be finalized before Creatixor accepts external sellers at scale.
